The website that I found on Search Warp was titled "Raising the Driving age to 18", written by Melih Ozataley. It was posted September 25th 2005, and next to the article was other links that are about the same topic. This article is relevant to my topic about keeping the driving age the way it is. Melih Ozataley supported her article from Safe driving programs, also from instructors. There were no punctuation and grammar errors within the article and did not sound to elementary. The over all purpose of this article is to persuade the reader that age does not judge driving skills, it is experience.

Thesis Statement

Teen fatalities in automobile accidents have risen to an alarming rate. This is very tragic but preventable by altering the drivers education course to be more in-car related and extending the amount of time to have a learners permit.
